Expects MySQL 3.23 or better. Could be modified to work with any other database easily, but it's not officially supported.
PHP 5 is required, as the tool makes use of PHP's exception handling.
Installation:
* Check out the project to your deployment directory
* Rename _db.template.php to _db.php
* Edit _db.php with your connection info
* Execute the quer(y|ies) in schema.sql to create the required supporting database.
* Pull up the tool in your browser and test that all is well!
For sigs, you will want to edit the "OKReferer" field in your sig.ini to match your domain. Note that periods need to be escaped with a backslash, as this field is mapped to a regular expression.
