To Install:
python setup.py build

Troubleshooting:
If you get a "libGeoIP.so.1: cannot open shared object No such file or
directory" error, add /usr/local/lib to /etc/ld.so.conf then run
/sbin/ldconfig /etc/ld.so.conf
